Small Group Training

Come get the gains & results you are looking for while bringing a friend or making a new one in the gym! Our small group training sessions are perfect for you if you: love the group environment, love getting results, love learning all the progressions/modifications that fits your body type and goals, all while being affordable and fun!


Classes need a MINIMUM of 3 people committed (per session) and will be capped at 6 people per session.

Lifting Kettlebells

You get all the attention, corrections, and progressions of a one-on-one training session put into a small group setting. You will be educated on proper techniques, adding progressions (or regressions/modifications) throughout the weeks, building confidence in the gym, make new friends and much more!
